Day 01
Chandigarh – Shimla By Surface Approx (120 Kms – 04
Hours)
Arrive in Chandigarh and get greeted by our
representative. On arrival assisted and then drive to
Shimla
Pine forests and apple orchards, crisp, clean air and
breathtaking views - that's Shimla in a nutshell.
Sprawled over 12 kms on a crescent shaped ridge lies
Shimla, the largest hill station and erstwhile summer
capital of the British in India. Descending in layers
from the top of the ridge, at 2,213 metres, Shimla
straddles several hills, including the Jakhu, Prospect
Hill, Observatory Hill, Elysium Hill and Summer Hill.
Upon arrival check in at the hotel.
Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 02
In Shimla
Breakfast at the hotel. This morning embark upon the
sightseeing trip which would include the visit to :
Sankat Mochan Temple, The Mall, The Ridge, City Church &
Town Hall.
Return to the hotel after the sightseeing.
Overnight will be in Shimla.
Day 03
Shimla – Manali By Road Approx (260 Kms – 08 Hours)
Breakfast at hotel. This morning drive to Manali.
Manali, at 1,926 metres on the northern edge of the
Kullu valley, is the most popular tourist resort in this
area. Though it does not have the colonial
characteristics of Shimla, over the last few years
Manali has developed into a major hill resort,
chock-a-block with modern hotels and tourist lodges.
Situated along the Beas River with a superb view of the
perennial snow cover of the Solang Nala, Manali
transports travel-weary tourists into the exalted
heights of the Himalayas. Originally known as Manu-alaya
or abode of Manu, the name was later simplified to
Manali. The ancient village is said to be the original
home of Manu, the 2nd century BC lawmaker of the Hindus

Rest of the day free at leisure.

Day 04
In Manali
Breakfast at hotel.
This morning embark upon the sightseeing trip of the
city which would include the visit to : Rothang Pass and
Solang Nallah famous for adventure activities.
Return back to the hotel after the sightseeing.
Overnight will be in Manali.
Day 05
In Manali
Breakfast at hotel.
This morning embark upon the sightseeing of Old Manali
City which would include the visit to Manu
Temple,Vashist Temple and Hidamba Temple.
Return back to the hotel after the sightseeing.
Overnight will be in Manali.
Day 06
Manali – Chandigarh By Surface Approx (320 Km – 08
Hours)
Breakfast at hotel. This morning drive to Chandigarh
after the breakfast .
Upon arrival transfer to the airport to board the flight
for onward destination. |
